This is a diagram that clarifies the path of blood; it does not describe exact anatomical shape, size or position.
The diagram shows two lungs and two body capillary regions, but the blood drop only follows one representative route; a real heart pumps blood to many regions at once.
The motion and speed of the blood drop only help track the order, not represent actual velocity, pressure or heartbeat rate.
Red and blue are conventions for oxygen level; oxygen-poor blood is not blue in the body and should not be called “dirty blood”.
